If a kitten is at an indeterminate location under the bed, than he is potentially in all possible locations under the bed until either (a) he is observed to be in a specific location (until I poke my head under there to look) or (b) until he attacks the bathrobe tie dangled by the floor for the purpose of tempting him out from under the bed.

Except that he's gotten wise to that trick and doesn't go for the bait anymore.

Personally, I think that the most entertaining things about Schrodinger's cat thought experiment is that it's only true for subatomic particles, not for large things like, well, cats. :-)

I want a kitten! Do you have a spare kitten?

I like the thought experiment of the kitten potentially in all possible locations. I am slightly reminded of Tara Reid in "Josie and the Pussycats".

There is no such thing as a spare kitten.

quantum excitation of kitten particles via energy pumped lasing device for determinate kitten particle vs wave treatment for dispersion via a medium constrained by cushioned frame like appliance via a vis an interference pattern and chaotic disturbance of charged kitten.
