They are yummy steamed with a little bit of melted butter and pepper on them. They are also yummy stir fried.

Yes indeed but lemon-butter sauce is the traditional way in our house. Also, trim off the more woody parts of the stems.

So apparently you should make that.

I looked up the recipe. Apparently you drench them in coconut milk, which just makes a recipe for hives for me, but apparently it's delicious.

Steam them and then eat them with butter and a bit of lemon juice, maybe some sauteed garlic. Mmmmmmm....
