(no subject)

Monday night, Schrodinger let me have a turkey sandwich. It was a really good turkey sandwich, a Harvest Co-op sandwich, with smoked gouda and horseradish mayo and perfect slices of ripe tomato. I was so thrilled, I nearly bought Shcrodinger a bicycle.

Last night, a bunch of people left the Diesel to go for sushi, which I am not allowed. Schrodinger is down several bicycles this morning.

It's probably a good thing that Schrodinger is too young to care about bicycles, and will be for some time yet.

Fleurs

I have plants coming - galanthus and ipheion and peonies. Here's hoping that I can (a) make progress vs. the weeds, (b) finally acheive the gorgeous spring view from the bathroom window that has been my goal lo these many years, and (c) defeat the ongoing invasion of lily-of-the-valley.

In other news, my desk plant has aphids. How the hell does an indoor plant pick up aphids?
