Today, we discovered that the banner headlines on all two-hundred copies of a four-color program booklet that we shipped to England yesterday contain the typo in the subject line. I don't know how it got past us. That thing was proofread at least a dozen times by everyone in the office. The co-worker who was in charge of it swore like an Italian dockworker, which was quite the shock: she doesn't look like she should know those words. I feel bad, because I missed that sucker at least as often as she did.

That's basically the kind of day I'm having.
