It is 8:47, and I feel justified in being lazy. There were entire years of my life, back in college, when I didn't see this hour except from the other end. Then there were the years when it was an ungodly hour to be dozed through on the train if it couldn't be had actually in bed. There were years when I was sort of wierded out if I made it out of bed before noon and I wasn't working that day. So I feel that the fact that I'm up at all is enough. I have plans for today, and I'll get to them, but it is enough that I'm conscious.
Although, just for the record, my plans do include a nap.
