(no subject)

In an effort to actually wake up for work this morning, I ordered a plain old mocha latte at Tosci's - non-decaffeinated. Since I have, on previous occasions, walked out of Tosci's grumbling when they were out of decaf, I think they were a little shocked. The thing is, I'm not sure why I bothered. It's real quiet here. It's summer. I'm not convinced I need to be all that awake. On the other hand, since these people are sending me to Germany, I feel this need to prove that I'm worthy of trust and airline tickets. I am a responsible person. I will not spend two weeks in Germany drinking and taking day trips to Berlin on their dime (well, not the whole two weeks). They should feel free to send me to other places as the need arises. And is there anything I can do to help that need along, especially as it relates to events in Italy?

Crazy, Stupid, or Just Bored?

I am contemplating a new piercing. I could stop by after work and get one! Really!

This is why I so seldom drink real coffee. Because it always seems to result in at least one highly-questionable idea in the late afternoon.
