(no subject)

I want nothing so much tonight as to go home and fall down. Unfortunately, I can also say with certainty that I will be scrambling as hard as necessary to accomplish things regarding homework, which is due much sooner than I thought.

Yesterday, we re-watched the first ep of Buffy season 4. This is the episode that got me hooked on the series, back when Buffy was witty and occasionally light, back when Xander was not yet bloated, back when Spike was really, truly a bad guy. And I need fluff so badly right now that I'm not going to try to resist it.

Modifications to plan

Yesterday, my Forerunner confirmed the lie I have been telling when asked about the progress of my job hunt - I have shaved 2:36 off my 5K.

Today, I should try to run at least a little. Maybe I could just do a 1.5 miles or something, go for speed instead of distance, see how it goes. It had better happen tonight, because we're getting more rain in. As if the last shipment was somehow not enough.
