(no subject)

Had a chat with a recruiter yesterday, about my resume. She's been shopping it around, but it seems that people think I'm overqualified for the kinds of jobs I want.

So what the hell am I qualified for?

Still haven't heard anything back from yesterday's interview. Y'all will know as soon as I do.

Also, memo to potential employers:
For $60K a year, I can play dumb.

They want a second interview, probably on Tuesday, with the CFO and Investor Relations Manager.

Stress Muffin

Just got the final list of documents that the state wants to play with on Monday.

It is much, much longer than the preliminary list.

I may not make it to karate... damn.

Hmmmm....

I have a second interview at 4 on Thursday.

I feel like my current employer has got to be sick of me. I have more doctors appointments, plumbing problems and random out of office issues than is at all plausible, and they have to be getting annoyed with it. Also, we have this damn audit, and I don't know how necessary that will make my presence on Thursday. I could come in and try to leave around 3:30, but I feel like I've seriously made enough excuses.

Or. I could just take the damn day off.

Anyone got an opinion there?
