Home Day
I am home sick. I feel basically okay, but my throat is so sore that I have no desire to talk. I am thinking of calling my doctor, but I'll have to talk to do it. I sent danceboy out the door with schr0dinger a few minutes ago. They looked very brave and determined to face the cold. Especially schr0dinger, who was manfully facing up to the idea that we don't have cake today. (He asked. We had a lot of cake over the holidays, he seems to have gotten used to it. When schr0dinger takes over the world, we will never be out of cake.)
The plan today is for lots of hot, soothing drinks, and CPA exam prep. I'm mostly not answering the phone, see above, re: talking.
