Earlier this week, I convinced my new boss to pay for a subscription that would let me take online self-study CPE credits. Yesterday, I knocked off two credits and today (despite starting slow, having actual work to do, and taking several wrong turns on my way back from lunch), I got through eight more. Most of what I'm getting from doing these so close together is a lot of free brain capacity with which to snark on the production values. I spent most of the disaster preparedness course I just watched giggling over the speaker's cheesy-looking eyepatch.
