Ow.

I did something to my neck. Not sure what. Early this morning, it hurt to lie on my right side, and then I realized that my head and arm were pretty tough to move. With sufficient caution and advil, I can move my right arm now. I can't turn my head very far though, and nodding is pretty painful.

I have no idea what the hell happened. If I ever figure it out, I promise, whatever it is, I won't do it again.
